Jan den Braber is an effective international manager who believes in constant improvements, which are achieved through an emphasis on entrepreneurial assertiveness crossed with team spirit.

His experience as a Director, Owner, Partner, CM and GM over the last 30 years has taken him through all facets of the hospitality, production and building industry, his expertise extends through hotels, resorts, convention centres, direct management, business development, branding, marketing, yield management, asset management, sales management, manufacturing, construction and project management of both national and international brands.

Jan is considered a strong leader and possesses highly developed communication skills with a focused analytical approach to the key performance indicators, which drive business forward, while completely at ease with making difficult tactical decisions to deliver commercial results for the business.

Jan is a result orientated professional, naturally motivated with the proven ability to performance manage large and diverse teams across multi-sites/outlets, consistently achieving results in the over-performance category, with a sound operational and strategic background gained within high profile and dynamic international organizations.

His skill gained in the international market; make him a commercial sales expert on a global scale, always putting the right people into the right places, planning way in advance, making decision on facts, but above all a perfectionist.

Jan has a charismatic and energetic leadership style, can demonstrate a strong track record of spearheading and implementing change management programs and turnaround scenarios.

Jan den Braber holds a Australian MBA, and has a long working history with the Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Richard Turner in Indonesia and India, as well as Mr. Richard Jee.
