James Beard (BSc)

Jim has a strong management acumen across a range of industries relating to development, construction and finance.

Working in a wide range of sectors in those industries he has covered commercial and contract management, feasibility studies, construction management, cost planning and project management.
 

Jim is operating from the Surrey office servicing the UK operations as Chief Project Officer, having been previously engaged by global firms; Currie & Brown in Abu Dhabi and D G Jones & Partners in Dubai, Egypt and Saudi Arabia where he also served as Country Manager and Chief Project Officer in charge of some of the Kingdom’s largest multi-billion dollar invested projects.
 

Jim also acted for Zing Event Management Limited for construction of the world-renowned spectacular of the Abu Dhabi International Triathlon, directing a specialized global mobility event team from IMG.
